Call Mom is currently seeking a hostat their latest concept, La Dolce Vita, an acclaimed, upscale homage to the classic Italian-American restaurant.Responsibilities:-This role requiresknowledgeable and warm attention paid toguest experience curation and reservations book management. -This role ensures all guests are greeted warmly and hospitably, notes VIPs and special guests. Provides notification of these guests to servers, managers and chef. -Develops and fosters guest relationships and clientele.-Responds to guest emails and phone calls in a timely manner-Monitors guest spaces for cleanliness-Provides a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues-Any other responsibilities delegated by management Qualifications: -Successful candidates will be polished, poised and have a great sense of personal style -Able to work nights, weekends and holidays-High School diploma (bachelor’s degree preferred) and a minimum of2+ years of applicable restaurant and/or hospitality management experience-Excellent communications and interpersonal skillsCall Mom is an independent hospitality company that operates all of the food and beverage outlets at Graduate Seattle as well as Graduate Nashville, which includes White Limozeen (a highly acclaimed rooftop restaurant, pool, and bar), Cross-Eyed Critters Watering Hole (a karaoke bar featuring a trio of robotic musicians), and another Poindexter Coffee shop.
